“ A fantastic place for a delicious toasted sandwich, great beers and cocktails, and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The chicken and three cheese toasties were highlights - we went back several times. Very friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended! ”

Impressed by the set up & beautiful location was then surpassed by Cooper who welcomed us warmly with his excellent service & knowledge of their different gins. We sat outside & played some board games, while ordering a tasting paddle of 4 gins & 1 vodka, they all were delicious & had very different flavours to suit a calibre of tastes. The Australian botanical flavours in the dry gin were delicious but it was the Pink Gin for me infused with rhubarb & raspberries! Will definitely be back, thank you Nine Circles for a lovely experience! ”
“ We went on Australia Day afternoon, My husband and I ordered a paddle of 5 gins to taste, A cocktail of their choice and a savoury board. The gin is lovely, especially the pink and signature together ( Pink cocktail is made with these, I had 3 they were unbelievable) The sloe gin they recommend to have by itself and they were completely right, just amazing. Music was on inside the Distillery so we opted outside as we have noise sensitive Children. A local group of friends making their dreams become reality with starting Nine Circles, They are kicking goals with this Gin. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and all wanted to be working there which made the experience more enjoyable. If you are ever near do stop and try if your a Gin lover( They also do Vodka but we didn’t try) Scenery is also beautiful we saw bats hanging from the trees, pheasant, Ducks and a wild mouse who did keep his distance. Dogs are also welcome here. ”

We had the gin tasting paddle ($30), with tasting notes provided by a friendly and knowledge staff member, and a delicious Reuben toastie ($15). We bought a bottle of coastal gin, and got a $10 discount for having the paddle. A wonderful experience all round. We'll be back! ”
